CANCELLATION POLICY
As a one-woman operated business every appointment time is reserved especially for you. I kindly ask for at least a 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to fill reserved time and directly impact my small business. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours notice will be subject to 50% scheduled service charge. If you're running late please reach out as soon as possible and I'll try my best to accommodate while staying on schedule for all guests.
